I bought a peladn rx 580 2048sp which has one 6 pin connector. The 6 pin connector can provide 75W max and the pcie lanes will provide 75W max as well. So 150 max draw for the gpu. I have an i5 6400 with ddr4 rams, 1 ssd and 3 hdds. If the i5 6400 draws 65W max, can I possibly use a thermaltake 350W psu with the gpu?

This PSU should not be used. It's possibly the worst piece of junk that Thermaltake has ever sold and that's saying something considering how many dirt-cheap horrors they've released. It's not even a 350W PSU in any meaningful sense (for PCs that are from after about 1999, it's barely a 300W PSU)

Unless, of course, you're not interested in being an RX 580 owner very long.

Just testing to see if the gpu works, will upgrade to a 550W psu very soon

The reason people saying rx 80 2048 sp 8gb is so broken mining or resold and bla bla, people using crap psu and weak, a rx 550 demand almost 400w and rx 580 unless u udervolt and undeclock gonna one day or other broke. save some money and buy a decent psu people don´t want spend 150-300 dollares than pay more for new pc.
