Can I use any 2.5 to 3.5 bracket to my CM Storm Enforcer case?

I got this case from my friend which I asked why is there no SSD bay on it, he doesn't know also.
I'm planning to upgrade my storage to SSD, can I use any bracket for this? Cause I find some cheap ones.

The Enforcer should have two 2.5" drive bays in it according to the official specs sheet:

Unless your friend has modified it.
