Question Can I use ICUE to control fans that are hooked up to another brand internal fan hub?

I am going to use the h500i case, which comes with the cam smart control hub. Can I plug all my fans into there and still be able to control and see all the info through iCUE?

I would think it wont work since they use different standards and everything I have found on the web has people having to use both for their respective products.
