[SOLVED] Can i use intel i7-3770 in my H61H2-CM mobo

Hi, can you tell me if can i use that processor in my mobo? actually im using a intel i5-2400 and i want upgrade it
I read that this mobo is OEM version and only support 8gb ram.

Solution
The i7-2600k is probably the best CPU you can get that will be compatible with your motherboard. I'm not seeing that your motherboard ever had a BIOS version released that allowed it to use the 3rd gen Ivy bridge processors. If it was an aftermarket board that would probably not be the case and you could then use a 3770k, but unless you can find a driver release for your board that indicates support for 3nd gen processors, then a 2nd Gen i7 is your best bet.

What you mean with "driver", a bios update? im pretty new with this things >.<
