Can I use my APU's graphics card and my dedicated graphics card together to get better perfomance?

Hi. I have a QuadCore AMD A10-7700K 3800 MHz APU which includes a Radeon R7. I also have a dedicated ASUS RX 460 2GB OC edition on my PCIe slot, is there any way I can use both to get better perfomance while gaming?

Solution
No.
Your CPU is not very powerful, and even if this were possible than the loss of CPU power would probably result in at least a big a gaming hit as the limits from that graphics card.

You can get better performance in gaming by:
Tuning your PC (lots of guides on the web).
Cleaning your PC (blow it out, keep it dust free and also keep %temp% and %windir%\temp empty)
Virus scan your PC (Malwarebytes anti-malware)
Stop programs from starting with your pc (Sysinternals autoruns)

Yeah, Hybrid Crossfire was a thing, but not an option here - it was pretty much only with its very low end GPUs and it wasn't very good anyway.
