Question Can I use my APU's integrated graphics on a separate monitor as my GPU, simultanously?

I have a ryzen 3 3200g, MSI b450 A PRO MAX and GTX 960 MSI Gaming 4GB. I have enabled integrated graphics and have PEG. There is no option in the MSI bios to enable multi monitors with the IGPU and GPU. Is there a solution to this? Integrated graphics is forced and set to 2GB.

Also I should probably add, when I use PEG, only the graphics card gives an output, and the Radeon software doesn't appear to be there. But when i use IGD, only the VEGA 8 gives an output. Hope this helps explain the situation further.
