can i use my dell vostro 410 case to fit a new motherboard in

hi all, i wish to know if anybody has changed the motherboard in a vostro 410 case, i assume any standard atx board will fit. But will i be able to put a smaller board into the case? I'm trying to update my pc as cheaply as possible, to go from my current ddr2 ram and update to a ddr4 mobo.

Yes you can though you will have to manually figure out the front panel & usb connectors. You'l likely be lacking a front usb3 port if your new motherbd has one but you can order a usb3 header to usb2 converter.
