Question Can I use my phone as a second monitor?

So I was thinking, I currently have 1 monitor and what if I used my phone and/or a spare iPad as an extended monitor for my screen? I have already looked and all the solutions I could find was the mirror the screen into the phone. Is there a way I could extend the screen like my phone is a second monitor? I have a usb to connect my computer to my phone. I have an iPhone with the latest IOS and I have a windows 10 pro 64-bit.

The only thing i could think of is some sort of mirroring or casting of your PC to your phone. But never heard of anyone doing such things, but then i've never looked it up.
