Can I use one usb with windows 10 multiple times ?

I have very bad internet and just got a usb with windows 10 on it, after I’m done installing it onto my laptop will there still be windows 10 on the usb ? Does it transfer all the data or just copy it

You can use the same windows usb installation media on multiple system without issue. I do it all the time.
