Can I use r7 370/360 on my AMD A8 7600?

Yes any of the mentioned video cards will work assuming you have a good enough psu. The r7 370 is the best out of the ones you mentioned.

I'm using vp-600gw VOLT. I have HIS r7 260x 1gb now on my AMD a8 and not contented having 30 to 40 fps on playing DOTA 2 at high settings. So I can assume now that r7 370 would really improve my FPS, am i right?

Would GTX 750 improve the FPS up to 60 or higher? Cause I don't know if r7 260x and gtx 750 has a big diffenrence whent it comes to performance. Which is better anyway?

The GTX750 is not an upgrade. The 370 would be but is not a good buy. What you really need to be looking at is a RX460 or GTX1050/1050ti
