Hello guys, i would like to buy Arctic P12 PWM PST x4 for my case. But in description of this fan it says for heatsinks and radiators.
https://www.arctic.ac/eu_en/p12.html

I don't have heatsink or radiator,
Is it suitable for me to use?

Note: please do not suggest any other fans. I only can buy this fans on my country.

Yes, sure, they have somewhat higher static pressure but that's OK.

Solution
"F" series fans are designed for (high) airflow.
"P" series fans are static pressure optimized, Those are better for pulling/pusing air through small gaps, like those between the fins of a heatsink or cases with narrow vents.
Both of them would work just fine. P12 pwm pst actually has slightly higher air flow than the F variant.

Which one is noisier? I am buying new fans cause my case fans are 3 pin and i can't control speed on my motherboard.
In my country i only can buy p12 at the moment but if f12 is quieter than p12 i am gonna try to order from amazon.
