Hi all,

I'd like to use the Noctua NH-D15 with the Corsair Vengeance 4x16GB DDR4-3000 64GB on a MSI X99A Gaming Pro carbon mobo.

Is there going to be enough space/clearance between the RAM and the fan?

I'll be using the NZXT SOURCE 530 case which has a max CPU Cooler height of 183mm.

The Noctua NH-D15 specs.
Height (without fan)
160 mm
Width (without fan)
150 mm
Depth (without fan)
135 mm
Height (with fan)
165 mm
Width (with fan)
150 mm
Depth (with fan)
161 mm
Weight (without fan)
980 g
Weight (with fan/s)
1320 g

Many thanks!

If you use two fans mode, there is not enough space for the RAM, because according to both corsair and noctua sites, the RAM has 52.5mm in height, but the space between the fan and RAM is only 32mm in dual fans.

But if you use only one fan you are fine.

Also if move the fan up like this http://www.kitguru.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/IMG_6876.jpg also it does not work for you, because the total height will be 185.5mm, which is more than 183mm for the case cpu cooler clearance.
Here is my calculation: you need to move the fan up to 20.5mm ( 52.5mm RAM - 32mm space), then you add the 165mm cooler + 20.5mm=185.5mm
