So I need to replace my old motherboard and I was wondering if I can use the same CPU, GPU, ram , and hard drive. The new motherboard matches the same socket as my old one for an intel i5 6600k.

Yes you can , this type of switch is performed all the time.
Perform a fresh install of windows for maximum performance.

If same socket, usually yes. To be 100% sure, please post what motherboard you had and what you have now.
I have a gigabyte z170m and Im switching to an Msi Krait Z170A. Both use the 1151 socket
Then CPU, GPU and hard drive can be reused 100%. As for RAM, if you have GA-Z170M-D3H, then it can be reused. If however you had GA-Z170M-D3H DDR3, then your ram sticks will not fit into Msi board as it uses DDR4.
