Can I use the same yet different RAM?

Hey
Ive got Adata DDR4 XPG Z1 2133 RAM running at 2600. However, can I use the 2400 Mhz

version to fill the other 2 slots on my Mobo and bring me to 16 Gigs just as normally as using the 2133 by itself? The reason I ask is the 2400 is $45 and more of the 2133 is $70. I know you're not supposed to use mixed RAM, but this is just different Mhz, right?

You can try, there are no guarantees when mixing sets of DRAM, might play, might not. If they will play, will run at what you can set them to run, might only be 2133, maybe 2400 maybe even 2600 😉
