I have bought 32 gb of crucial ram (2x16)
DDR4 2400 CL17, and when I put it in my pc, my pc bots up, but then my monitor doesn't get a signal. I then went into my bios, and tried to change the RAM, in the OC part, i didn't get the option for DDR4 2400 CL17, I only got from CL1-CL16.
Why is this?
Will I be able to use this ram on my pc or do I have to send it back?
(XMP is not supported)
Thank you for your time

Solution
DDR4 2133, 2400 & 2666 should work on that motherboard.
Manual XMP (OC) is not available on the entry level H310 chipset platform.
Make sure you have the lates BIOS , which helps with RAM support.
