Can I use two coolers on my H60 Water cooler ?

I already use one in the rear, and I'd like to know if I can plug one in the front of the radiator.

Yes you can. Ensure the direction is same as other fan.

But the cooler that I already have is exhausting the air, and I wanted to know if I can plug another cooler to intake

The second fan will also be exhausting the air i.e in the same direction as original one. I do not see a use for putting two fans in opposite directions. It will only create further problems. Are you facing high temperature issues on your system?

Which component is overheating? CPU, GPU. Run a temperature monitoring utility like HwMonitor and run a few heavy applications and then post idle and load temperatures here.
