Can Intel HD 2000 run Far cry 3 ?

I wanted to run far cry 3 on my Intel HD 2000 . I have watched many videos on youtube saying
that far cry 3 on intel hd graphics 2000 and the game was running smooth and good . Then, i downloaded far cry 3 and it is working but it is lagging too much so downloaded many low specs patches of far cry 3 but then also the game is lagging. And my friend don't even have a graphics card like Intel HD 2000 and he have processor - Intel Pentium ,, but then also he is running the game smooth ?? can u help me why it is happening so !? :??:
My system requirements are :-
Processor :--- Intel Core i5-2310 CPU@ 2.90 GHz 3.20 GHz
RAM:-- 4 GB ( 3.30 USABLE)
OS- Windows 7 ultimate 32-bit
GPU:- INTEL HD 2000 --dedicated video memory is 256 MB
Motherboard:-- Gigabyte H61M-DS2

If the GeForce 210 (1GB VRAM) and Radeon HD 6450 (512MB VRAM) dedicated GPUs can't play Far Cry 3 at 720p resolution (with no AA), there's no way that your Intel HD 2000 integrated is going to be able to either. That is to say, the game may "run", but it will do so extremely badly (maybe 10 FPS, if you're lucky), & only with all details set as low as the game will allow.

As for YouTube...sorry, it's not quite as reliable as a "trusted source of information" as Wikipedia...and Wikipedia is just slighly more trustworthy than newsanchor Brian Williams as a source of information. Given a little bit of time, anyone could post a "flawless" video on YouTube showing a) a lime-green sky, b) an electric-blue Sun, and c) neon-yellow clouds. Doesn't mean that those colors were true, just means they had mad video-editing skills.

btw guys i want a graphics card for the cheapest price my budget is 6,000 rupees ( 97 dollars) if someone is going to answer this then listen -- i dont care for high settings or low settings but the graphics card should run all games smoothly and in best condition (without lags) games i want to play== far cry 3 , far cry 4, gta 5 (when it releases) , battlefield 4 , crysis 3 , watch dogs , call of suty advanced warfare ....... suggest me graphics cards !!

dude i played far cry 3 on intel hd 2000 it worked smoothly for me even without low spec patches
