Can Intel Pentium G3220 run Counter Strike: Global Offensive?

I've heard the CS:GO fps depends a lot on cpu. I'm building a budget PC here and planning on using the G3220 with maybe a Radeon HD 7770 unless there is a better option out there? I was wondering if I can run the game smoothly on high settings with a high resolution 1920x1080.

Might also look to the AMD Athlon X4 as an option, might bring down your system price down when buying a motherboard and let you get an R7 250 graphics card instead.
