Question Can it be fixed?

I accidentally applied 500 to the cpu ratio instead of 50. Now my computer won’t boot. It turns on but nothing appears on the screen and the motherboard doesn’t recognize I have a mouse and keyboard and the hdmi cable don’t work. Can I just reset the cmos?

yes you need to reset the cmos or just pull out to cmos battery for about 15 minutes and then place it back in and your bios will reset to default values.
