Can LGA1155 mobo support all types of core i5 generations?

I'm looking at this cheapo mobo BIOSTAR H61MGC and it supports LGA 1155 socket. However, newegg page says it supports 2nd intel core i3/i5/i7 generation. How about the 3rd one (LGA 1155 CPU), will it support them?

It states all over that page that it will reqire a BIOS update to support Ivy Bridge chips, granted if it's a fairly new board it might already ship with it, but a lot of the time you'll need to perform a BIOS update.
