can my 3 pin fans hook to my mobo ?

Thanks so much ! And leaving that fourth pin exposed wont cause any kind of hazard ? What if a wire touches it or something ? The mobo can easily handle running the fan at 100% speed and will it be a 12v connection through the mobo ? Sorry for all the questions but i much appreciate the assistance ! There would be no fan control with a 3 pin plugged in a 4 pin right ?

Nope it's normal to have a 3 pin on the board like that , will be fine.

So the fan will run at 12v 100% speed that way with no control over it right ? It wont cause any extra unusual stress to the mobo that way ? My mobo doesnt have the 3 pin marker on the 4 header like the one in that above image has, thats one reason i was concerned about doing it. Which two fans should run by the psu and which one by the mobo, Or does it matter ? T
he front fan also has an led light 4 pin hookup also if that affects anything from being hooked up.

This yellow one is for sysyem fans and the white one is for the CPU fan.

If you power from molex the board isn't used , but fans will run at FULL speed.
