I just bough a DT990 pro headset and it is 250omhs, i was wondering if my aorus master z390 can handle it?

I've looked it up, it supports up to 200 Ohms. I personally wouldn't trust it for more than 100 Ohms.
Get a dedicated Amplifier for this if you want to get the most out of your headphones. Your headphones will work but I expect that you'll get sub-par sound.
