For once Brett seemed to give reasonable response, but just judging from your specs you might be able to run it a very low settings at a very low resolution and might as well go for console version.

I have similar PC and it was ok, but a lot of depends of your graphic card

I recently played it with a Radeon 4870 and it was fine on that, though couldn't max it. You can see comparable models here:

It was on a much faster CPU than your's, but graphics card is probably more important.
