Question Can my Computer handle a GTX 1070?

Wanting to buy a GTX 1070 8GB and a Intel Core i5 8700 to upgrade my current PC.

Current Hardware is:
Intel Core i3 7100
Nvidia GTX 1050
8GB DDR4 RAM
Motherboard Model: Acer Aspire GX-781(KBL)
Motherboard Chipset:Intel H110 (Skylake PCH-H)

Will i be able to run AAA Games with the upgrades? Thanks!

IMO, I think you might need to upgrade your Power supply unit, because that Acer PC is having a Maximum Power Supply of 300 Watts, if this is the correct link:

Nvidia recommends a minimum 500 watts high quality PSU for the GTX 1070.....

Is that a standard ATX mid tower cabinet ? What's your budget for the PSU, and where are you located? Before buying/upgrading just make sure it will fit easily in the cabinet.

Nah, that WHITE model from EVGA is not a very good power supply. It's a low-end budget PSU. I won't recommend you to use this power supply, even though it might work, on the GTX 1070.

I'd still highly recommend an up grade. Also you'll need a new mobo for the 8700.

My mobo has an 1151 socket and iirc that can fit the 8700

No, 7th gen and 8th gen chips require different boards. Even though they still share the 1151 socket.

Does your board have ddr3 or ddr4? If it's 4 at least you'll be able to carry that over.

The 8400 or the 8700 ? Yes, it supports these processors. Just make sure to update your BIOS. Check the CPU compatibility list here:
