Can my computer handle the PowerColor RX460?

That is my computer,i wondering with my 350W power supply,can i run the RX460,it require 400W but i calculated,my computer will need maximum about 200W.

I think you'll be okay with that GPU. and the PSU should be up for the task, the 460 doesn't require that much power to run
