Hello! im new to the forum and not a native english speaker, so tolerate with my professional writing
welp, i got a prebuilt here, pretty simple, a case with one exhaust fan near the CPU, a ryzen 5 4600G and his stock cooler.
the computer works, but i have poblems with cooling. i've already modified the temps to limit to 86C, because he can go up to 95C easily if unnoticed.
but i want to know if, changing the CPU cooler is better than the case fans.
i do have a intake fan, but its those old exhaust fans. and its smaller than needed.
on gaming, he normally goes pretty well, on games that does not stress a lot the CPU (horizon zero dawn, MHW,LoL) it keeps a acceptable temperature, but in BeamNG drive gets pretty hot because its a CPU bound game.
currently the computer can handle 40W~ of heavy work on CPU (throttling). on cold days, he can pull up a good 45-48W.
things i already took off:
the cooler IS working as intended, getting his full speed (2600RPM), the heatsink DO get hot, but not at the point to burn the finger. my case is TGT Flare. and the motherboard is a A520M-DX. (Mancer)
i WILL get some case fans because of those motherboard VRM's. but, i want to know what i should buy first. money is a poblem for me unfortunately.
i do not use any dedicated GPU, just the integrated. and other than gaming, i do full cpu photogrammetry (due the lack of a nvidia GPU)
