Yes it will, without problems.
Luckily, the BF4 is optimized for multi cores and even if AMD doesn't have powerful single cores, they'll still be good as a unit. Provided you have a good GPU, it'll run fine on high settings with around 40-50 FPS.

But it won't run optimally on a heavy server with 30-60 people and FPS may drop to 20-30 FPS on high.
If you don't have a good GPU, then it'll suffer.
