I'm assuming you have the full desktop and not the SFF. I can't find the exact specs on your board, but it looks like a micro ATX board. You might have to measure it and check the placement of the attaching screws and compare it to the ATX specifications below. It's tricky with OEM motherboards because they sometimes use proprietary parts. Things like the front panel connectors or the power supply may be different.

actually it is a SFF

Looks like a proprietary motherboard. You might measure the placement of the screw holes to see if it will fit a micro ATX case, but I see you will have other problems as well. You would have to use the original power supply which might be a pain to install in the new case, and the front panel connectors on a new case won't work with Dell's front panel port, you would need to splice the connector from the old case onto the the wires from the new one.

The other problem I see is that the GTX 960 requires a 430 watt or larger PSU and since yours is proprietary, it's not going to work or be easily replaced. Since a video card was optional for your system, I would recommend using a low profile GTX 750 Ti (measure first). It doesn't require an external power connector and should work even with the 230 watt PSU.

There are a number of existing threads on adding graphics cards which may give you an idea of what you're up against.
