[SOLVED] Can my GTX 1050 playback 4k 60fps?

I have a Dell SFF 3010 with a low profile Gigabyte gtx 1050 in it. I use it as an HTPC mostly to playback video. I'm upgrading to a 4k tv and was wondering if this card would be able to handle 4k HDR/60fps. I can't find details on the HDMI specs. I know HDMI 2.0 can handle it, but 1.4 is limited to 24fps. If it can't, would the zotac gtx 1650 low profile be able to handle it?
