Can my hardware run ultrawide monitors?

I've been looking at the LG ultrawide 25" monitor, and I'm looking to get one. I have one question. Will a Radeon R9 270X 4GB and a FX8320 be able to run battlefield 4, DayZ, Alien Isolation (those sorts of games) at high on this monitor? I already have a normal 1920 x 1080 and get a smooth 60FPS. Also, would an Xbox work with this

If your rig can run the games on high already then it should be fine. But it probably won't be constant 60fps
