Question Cloud Backup Issues

Hello you very wonderful and intelligent people that make up this forum. I truly hope you are having a lovely weekend and everything is going well for you.

I have been backing up various files from my Laptop to a Cloud storage. I sadly have encountered a few issues, if anyone could kindly please help with these i would be forever grateful and thankful.

I have transferred multiple long path files to my Cloud and i get an error stating, i should enable long windows paths in Windows Explorer. I please kindly wondered if these files will still transfer to the Cloud if i dont enable long windows paths and what typically are these long path files please?

Lastly i have transferred some EML files to my Cloud storage and i get a message to state they can be uploaded but these files cannot transfer the properties. I please wondered can these files still be usable without the properties please? If anyone could kindly help with the above questions i would be immensely grateful and it would be highly appreciated.

Long path names.

Folder/subfolder/subfolder/subfolder/subfolder/stupidly_long_file_name....

Don't do that.

Restructure your data.
Paths of more than 255 characters has been a problem since forever. And will continue to be.
