Can my laptop run pubg??

i play pubg on mobile now trying to play on my laptop so here is my lappy's specs:-

windows:- 8.1 Pro 64 bit
RAM:-8GB
processor:-intel i7-3537U @ 2.OOGhz
Graphic card:- intel hd graphics 4000
Which games can i run with these specs?
Also i used to run csgo nicely but slowly the fps went down and now its unplayable why so?

I believe it is because of my graphics card? I have I7 which is the latest so can it be any problem??

sorry for the late reply. Any way so my i7 cannot support fps games? mobile variant meaning? i thought it was the latest 🙁

games support is kinda limited with dual core CPUs. some games will be unplayable with it.
But this is only half of the problem. The GPU is also very limiting the list of playable games.
