Can my Mobo support more Ram?

Hi guys

Been noticing my system memory is running into over 90% usage when I play demanding games like Battlefield 4 or Rome 2. This leads to high fps when standing still and the game doesent need to load more terrain but low fps when on the move. I reckon this is bottlenecking my system but am not sure if my mobo will take high gig ram sticks or not so thought I should ask! System specs below.

Btw - if anyone has any other method I can use to squeeze more from my system and avoid spending £60 altogether that would be great! I turn off every unneeded process before starting but still seem to always be using about 40% of my memory :/ My page file is up to 5gig but think the access speed limits its usefulness when I need fps. Would adding a usb memory stick ready boost help or is this equivalent to increasing the page file?

Specs:

Win 7 64bit
Mobo: G31mx Foxconn 46gmx series.
Processor: Intel q6600 @2.4ghz
Graphics Card: Nvidia GTX 660
Ram: 4gb (2 2gb sticks) DDR2
500w PSU

Cheers guys :D
