CAn my motherboard overclock the i5-6600K

I'm going to buy a new PC and am wondering if the MSI B150M BAZOOKA PLUS can overclock the i5-6600k with a Hyper 212X Cooler, If so what around would it be able to go up to but i'm just wondering if i can before i buy them.

No, you want a Z170 board for overclocking.

Ahh ok Thanks, I may just go back down to an i5-6600 instead instead of spending way more on a new motherboard

Unfortunately, no, you cannot overclock with that specific type of motherboard. If you want to overclock, then get a Z170 board. My personal favorites are the Asus Z170-A or Z170-E boards. If you can't afford to get a Z170 board, save yourself some money and buy an Intel Core i5-6500. It will function nearly identically to the Intel Core i5-6600k that isn't overclocked. Also, if you do get a Z170 board, then that cooler would work fine. If I was building that though, I would save up a little more and get the Corsair H100i v2 water cooler. I have it, and it's amazing.
