Hi, hope that everything is fine.

Okay, see, I bought a new pc, part by part, like a month ago, the only two parts that are not new are my two hard drives (i dont have SDD), Im experimenting troubleshooting in gaming in almost all my games that i frequently use like The Division 2, FiveM, R6S, CS:GO

The two HDD are:

-Seagate Barracuda: This one that is relatively new that only has 1900 hours on which is where I keep all my games and launchers (Steam, Origin, Epic, etc) and has 1tb, no problem with this or that is what i think

-Hitachi HDD (i think it is manufactured for Toshiba): The problem with this is that it has 796 Reallocated Sectors and I have had it since 2012 using it, it already has 12000+ hours on, in this HDD i only have my OS and my drivers of my gpu,

So i think that the Hitachi one is causing troubleshooting on gaming because i dont see any other potential error bc i already see common troubleshooting solutions and i already do it all, like i reinstall my drivers, reinstall games, i use clean boot so no third party errors and in the energy options i use High Performance and other solutions that i found but it gives me that the problem is increasingly closed to this component, the Hitachi HDD

So any recommendation or comment would help me a lot, thank you in advance and have a nice day!

It may help if you describe the issue you experiences in games - in detail.

You should also post all s.m.a.r.t. datas from both disks - there may be other parameters that counts as well.

okay, in detail, for example:
-R6S: freezes or crashes randomly at the beginning of rounds, it can be like 10 or 80 minutes randomly, but I can't spend more than 2 hours playing
- The Division 2: the first 3 times I start it crashes like in 15 minutes and like the fourth or fifth time it starts I have no problems, it is rare
  • CS: GO: luckily this is the one with the least errors, I only freeze about once a week but it is still annoying because I play important games for me personally
  • FiveM (GTA V): As with R6S, it crashes or freezes randomly without any specific time or place, but usually crashes within 20-80 minutes

and here it is the full s.m.a.r.t datas (?):

is that okay?

Seems you have like 800 bad sectors (now reallocated). That's probably the cause of the issues you experience.

Do you think that can cause all these problems?
Do I have to buy an SSD?
I was thinking of buying a 240GB WD Green and putting my OS and drivers there but first I want to know if that would be the solution because I have been dragging this for a while now
