Can my pc handle GT 640

I am planning to buy this card:
www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gt640/specifications for I want to replace my old radeon 6450 but I am not sure if my pc will handle this new card.
My specs:

GPU: Asus Radeon 6450 Low Profile
CPU: Intel Pentium E5800 3.2 ghz
RAM: 3GB
PSU: 220W (PFC, 80Plus-certified, more than 82% efficiency)
Motherboard:Acer Aspire X1900
Max TDP: 65W

It won't work since you need a power supply of 300w or greater.

Thats only a 65w cpu, so you might be able to get away with a low profile 750 ti, which is a 60w gpu, so your whole system would only be around 150w.

Still within 220w, plus i bet their test system isnt using a 65w pentium, more like a 130w i7...
