My current PC specs:

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3
PSU: Seasonic ECO-430W
CPU: AMD FX 6300 3.5 Ghz Stock
CPU cooler: Cooler Master Hyper TX3 Evo
GPU: MSI AMD/ATI Radeon R7 265 2GB
RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB

I know my processor is too weak to use a new GPU to it's full potential but I'm planning to upgrade to LGA1151 with an i5 7500 in the future. Would my system be stable enough if I installed a new GPU in the current build?

Can your current motherboard support it? Yes.
Can your current power supply support it? Yes.
And as you said the FX 6300 may bottleneck, which will also depend on the game. RX 570 is only going to be an improved RX 470 but we're not sure how big of a difference it will be. I say you should survive on your current setup and wait till the RX 570 is released.

No you wouldn't need a new PSU right away, but the old CX series isn't the greatest in terms of quality. Upgrade to a Corsair CX550M when you can , it's a new platform from CWT..

Seems like it's pretty cheap too, only 14 euro difference from my current PSU. Guess I'm gonna have to get it along with LGA1151 components.

Well thanks for answering SR-71 Blackbird and Ali Tauseef.
