Question Can my PC Not work properly because a motherboard isnt screwed in fully?

Unlikely, but I guess theoretically possible.

Depending on where the screws are, coupled with whether you have standoffs installed (but no screws)... you might be experiencing shorts.

Again, unlikely, but possible.


What, specifically is happening that your PC is not working "properly"?

What, specifically is happening that your PC is not working "properly"?
The power button doesnt turn blue like it normally does, If i hold it down the pc wont shutoff, no display, and none of my usb ports included hdmi vga or dvi are working. But my fans all spin and my motherboard is green meaning it has power
