can my pc run 4k video????

hey i have gtx 650 2gb, and 8gb ram, AMD FX 8350 Processor... i want to buy 4k monitor to watch 4k movie not for gaming and i saw last night this https://www.geforce.com/hardware/technology/4k/supported-gpus?field_gpu_type_value=All&page=1 in this list geforce show my card can run 4k.... and i did download some 4k video and its run fine no lag.. but i run in my just full hd monitor so it will run in 4k monitor to???

3840x2160 at 30Hz or 4096x2160 at 24Hz supported over HDMI. So yes but not very well. Very low frame rates so really not worth watching with that setup. It will be choppy.

Your processor has no problems running 4k videos, even if you use a 1080p screen. Ignore what the other person wrote. People with slower AMD processors can run 4k videos.

but i see peopel post 4k game play video wth this card??? just 30hz that low :/ but if i play some 4k video now its look fine to me :O in my 1080p monitor

yes i know many peopel this this processors is bad but i do 3d work video editig its run fine and fast... but i want to watch movie in 4k so eveyone tell me my graphic card not gona run 4k.. but i did spy and i see on geforce site my card can run 4k but idk at how much hz butr its suport 4k so i was thinking to buy 4k monitor and watch some movie in free time not....
