Can my pc run Fallout 4 at medium settings?

I know that my system is quite CPU heavy, but I'm upgrading my graphics card soon. Can it run Fallout 4 at medium settings?

My Specs:

• 
  I5 8600K overclocked to 4.8 GHz
  Sapphire Radeon Rx 560 4gb
  16gb 2400MHz ram

At 1080p and 60 Hz....I think it's going to be close.
I ran it at 1080p, 60 Hz with a 1060 on max settings but a 1060 is a bit faster than a 560.

Medium settings might be pushing it a little bit. But it should work I can run mostly high a few medium with a gtx 760
