Streaming, I doubt, but for gaming alone, it'll be fine...not at 60FPS though.

Without a ryzen 5 1600x or an ryzen 7(i7 or ~ ),no. Your CPU and GPU just aren't enough powerful to do that.

My recommendation would be for you to wait a little bit longer as Nvidia will be releasing it's 11-gen GPU's.

The 1000 series price will go down a bit . Same can apply to the CPU Amd released it's 2nd generation recently i can only wait 'til the prices start dropping.
