PALIT GEFORCE GTX 750Ti 2GB STORM X DUAL
6GB RAM (soon to be 8GB)

run GTA V in High settings w/ playable frames? Thanks in Advance!

You are well above the minimum, but we don't know what "HIGH" means yet. You should have a really GREAT experience however if you properly tweak the settings for best results.

I suggest you optimize to play at 60FPS using Adaptive VSYNC. Adjust the various settings until you stay at 60FPS at least 90% of the time. If you can't maintain 60FPS then VSYNC will simply be auto turned off (you get screen tearing but not the stuttering you get with VSYNC ON but below the refresh rate).

Alternatively, try using VSYNC OFF at a lower frame rate to increase graphics quality but it's possible screen tearing will be too annoying.
