Can my pc run Skyrim with an enb?

Hey everyone,
I'd just like to ask if anybody would be able to tell me if I am able to run Skyrim on my pc with good fps (50-60 in most areas).

Keep in mind this is in collaboration with about 30 mods


PC SPECS:

Nvidia Geforce GTX 980 4gb GDDR5 = 16GB of RAM GDDR3= Intel Core i7-4770 - 3.40GH = 1TB Hard drive x3.

Should handle it with no problems. I modded my skyrim and it ran fine with my r9 280 and i5-4590 on ultra settings

I have already used an enb, but with my mods, i get a lot of lag, especially around riften, to which means i cant really play properly. Is there any way to increase performance with an enb so I can largely avoid these 15-20 fps drops?
