Can my pc run with GT 1030

Finally I decided I will upgrade from going on the lowest available setting(640 x 480 on rust to get 20-30 fps) to upgrading and decided I will upgrade from my HD 5450 to GT 1030 but can my pc run it?

I recommend you skip the 1030, and go for a GTX1050 or GTX1050ti. Much better cards for gaming, and they are not expensive.
GT1030 2gb on new egg is around $70-80.

But the GTX1050 2gb is $120
and GTX1050ti 4gb is $160

i think you should get the 1050ti 4gb. cause it can play most new titles at 50fps 1080p on high settings.

Well, in my country GT 1030 costs like 2k pounds. while gtx 1050 costs 5k pounds. more than the double and I can't really afford that

Ok no worries, just get the GT1030. should also be fine with low/medium settings, or consider a ps4 maybe.
