Context: I don't have any experience with building a PC. I'm not too tech savvy either.
I recently had issues with a pre-built PC and took this PC to a local tech support company. They figured out a couple issues, but the main issue is that the video card hit its demise and they changed me to integrated graphics until we could afford a replacement and have them install a new one. This was nearly 5 months ago.
I posted here on which graphics card to upgrade to a month ago on here and another site, and got a mix of R9 270x and GTX 750ti on both. I would go with the 270x for better gaming performance, but I'm concerned about power usage and whatnot and I'm not sure if I should take the safer bet with the 750ti instead.
Would my power supply be fine handling the R9 270x and the rest?
Or should I take the 750ti?
Or would it be a good idea to do something else?
Alternatively check the Newegg Page w/ Specs
CPU: Intel Core i7-2600 3.4GHz
Motherboard: ??? (Chipset is Intel H67)
Memory: 8GB DDR3 (2GB x 4)
PSU: Fsp Group FSP450-60EP
Remember, I don't really know much. What I posted here is all what I really know.
If more information is needed, tell me what and how to provide it.(because I probably wouldn't know where to start. Not knowing squat about power supplies is why I'm posting here anyway.)
And I wasn't sure if to post this here or in Graphics & Displays, but I'm just going to post it here.
