can this psu run a pny gtx 465 1gb
i have now 2x2gb ram
i3 3240 3.4ghz
gt210 ( i want to change )

In theory it has enough amps on the 12v rail to run it. It looks of questionable quality though.

yeah it's basic psu for family computer it looks like this

The only thing I'd use that psu for is a doorstop. It's a lot less likely to burn the house down when it's holding a door open.

well i can't afford a new psu so i'm asking should i buy this card or my psu won't handle it

Upgrade the PSU first, then look at upgrading the video card. A new video card is not going to do much good if the system is a smoldering ruin.
