can my psu handlle r9 270x ?

I would need the make and the model of the PSU. It should be on a label on the side of the power supply.

Without knowing the make and model of the psu. I can't tell you if its has enough to power the card and if it will power it reliably. If you can't open the case how did you plan on installing the card?

i still have the garantie of the pc
so the store will install the card

If you're going to use your local shop to honor your warranty, I suggest you talk to them when you buy the card and get a psu that they will cover under your warranty.
