Can my rig handle these mods for skyrim?

Heres my rig-
Core 2 duo Vpro E8400 3.00 ghz
GTX 750 ti
4 gb ddr3 ram
Windows 7 64 bit
Playing at 720p

Could i run these mods?

They will push your rig to the limit. You might not get great framerates, but it should run. If it is too slow, then you can just remove them one by one until it is acceptable.

just be wary of texture mods.

HD textures eat a lot from the gpu memory, also climate mods will be heavy on your cpu.
