I have this setup :
Power Supply Unit : Corsair VS450 450watts
Motherboard : EMX-A70FM2+iCafe
CPU : AMD A8-7600 Radeon R7
RAM 8 GB RAM ddr3

I want to add a gtx 1050ti or rx 570
Does this kind of setup won't throttle or something?
Or do you have any suggestion for some changes in my setup ? low budget setup only :)

Assuming this is your motherboard, then yes. You should be able to install that card into the PCI-Ex16 slot, connect the external power from the power supply (if necessary) and run the card without issue.

RX570 is much better than 1050TI (20% to 40%) so if it's the same price, you should stick with RX570.

You dont need to worry. It will work. Just be sure that you have the last BIOS installed.
