Can my specs handle live streaming?

Okay so I'm planning on live streaming with 480p and 30fps here are my specs

CPU: Intel core 2 core quad
GPU: Nvidia gt530
Ram: 6gb
Storage: Western Digital 1TB

Is this enough to live stream?
